Industry Experience

Nichole joined Opteon in July 2022 as a Graduate Valuer undertaking ratings valuations in our government services team. 

Having lived and worked in many areas across Auckland for 17 years, Nichole applies previous experience in analytics, finance, planning and customer service roles to her career as a valuer as she works towards obtaining her Valuers Registration.

Nichole has a particular interest in macro and microeconomic factors that influence property values.
