Tomhas currently partakes in the commercial valuation, market research, commercial advisory & sales analysis. Reporting to a team of Directors & Senior Valuers; Tomhas provides end to end support with all types of asset classes spanning across Residential, Industrial, Retail & Office. Tomhas looks forward to further specialising in commercial office and residential development.

Throughout his time at Opteon, Tomhas has worked on several large scale and specialised projects such as commercial office buildings, childcare facilities, residential developments & subdivisions. Having recently graduated from the University of Technology Sydney, Tomhas has utilised his knowledge of programs such as Argus Estate Master to assist with the valuation of various specialised assets.

  • Bachelor of Property Economics (2019) – Sub major in Planning
