Industry Experience

Stephen has been working with Opteon for over seven years across a number of different departments providing a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process. He is considered a Commercial and Industrial property specialist and provides a large number of valuations for the property types across Greater Geelong, and the local coastal shires. His experience extends to development and greenfield valuations locally, and within Melbourne’s Western Growth corridor. Stephen regularly provides a range of reports for rating and taxing purposes as well as mortgage security purposes.
