Industry Experience

Simon has 18 years of experience in the valuation property industry and has been with Opteon since 2011.

Simon is one of two associate directors for the South Australian residential valuations department in which he is involved in managing and training staff.

Simon’s specialist area of expertise is in residential valuations,, having vast experience in all residential property types including but not limited to prestige residential, Adelaide CBD apartments, residential development sites and general residential properties across the State.

Simon has been involved with the API for nine years as an examiner for Graduate Valuers transitioning into a Provisional Membership with Residential Property Valuer (PMRPV) accreditation.

Formal Qualifications

  • Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status
  • Bachelor of Business (Property)
