Industry Experience

Ryan has been working with Opteon since 2019. In his Associate Director role, he provides valuations of industrial, retail and specialised properties throughout Melbourne and Regional Victoria with a focus on service stations, car washes, fast-food and large format retail assets. He provides advice to major lending institutions, corporate and private clients for mortgage, financial reporting, acquisition, disposal and consulting purposes.
