Industry Experience

Ryan is a highly motivated and experienced property professional with 14 years’ experience in the property industry.

Ryan specialises in rent roll valuations in the real estate market and going concern valuations in the hospitality and leisure market. This includes assessing the value of estate agency rental portfolio’s, accommodation hotels, motels, gaming venues, pubs, caravan and tourist parks, manufactured housing parks and serviced accommodation facilities across Victoria and Tasmania.

In addition, Ryan has significant experience in retail, office and industrial valuations.

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuations) (Honours) (2015)
