Industry Experience

Nicole has more than 25 years’ experience in property and real estate. She has been working with Opteon for over 8 years and gained a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process. Nicole has had exposure to most types of commercial properties, particularly in the Melbourne’s south east and southern regions. Nicole completed a large portion of her training valuing properties within the health sector, and now specialises in all health sector valuations including medical clinics, day procedure hospitals, dental clinics, allied health and veterinary clinics and hospitals.
