Industry Experience
Nick has been working with Opteon in Broome servicing the Kimberley region (commercial and residential) since February 2019. Prior to that he was working for CBRE for three years within the Commercial Valuations and Advisory Department (Perth Office) undertaking valuations within a wide range of property types including retail, general commercial, childcare and service stations. Nick has good knowledge of the property industry within the Kimberley having spent the majority of his life here, but also having 3 years working experience in strata management, managing strata complexes throughout the Kimberley and Pilbara Regions.
