2018- Melanie joined Opteon, covering the North West Coast to the West Coast of Tasmania, providing residential and rural residential valuations for mortgage reporting and non-mortgage reporting including residential expert witness, stamp duty, retrospective, land acquisition, pre-sale, pre-purchase and market valuations; and more recently rural valuations.

2011-2018 - NabValuations providing residential and rural residential for mortgage purposes in the North and North West of Tasmania.

2010-2011- Cradle Coast Valuers providing residential mortgage valuations on the North West Coast of Tasmania.

2003-2008 - State Valuation Office in South Australia conducting mass valuation work, rental values, land amalgamations and sub-divisions for Local Government Areas; and valuation reports for various Government bodies in the South East of South Australia.
