May has been working with Opteon in the Government Service Team for over a year, focusing on rating and taxing valuations. She has previously worked with Merri-Bek City Council, Hobson Bay City Council, and Brimbank City Council on objections. Recently, she has been working on the
revaluation process for Wyndham City Council, in addition to handling supplementary valuations, council/ratepayer enquiries, and council and land tax objections. May is regarded as a residential property expert and specialises in providing high-volume valuations of residential properties within Melbourne's Western and Northern Metro areas. May's extensive experience, spanning over four years, covers various aspects of the residential property sector. This includes a deep understanding of rating and taxing practices based on Valuation Best Practice Specification Guidelines and compliance with the Valuation of Land Act 1960. Furthermore, May possesses valuable experience in conducting first mortgage valuations in accordance with
Residential Valuation Standing Instructions.
