Max commenced employment with Opteon in 2012 and has developed extensive residential and commercial valuation experience throughout metropolitan Adelaide and Regional South Australia. Max provides valuation advice to government clients for rental, acquisition and disposal purposes. He also works with private clients ranging from small businesses to listed companies and the mortgage security sector, as part of Opteon’s advisory services offering. Max has a depth of experience in valuations across multiple asset classes including commercial, industrial, retail and residential development projects. With experience in the in-use valuation of Medical Clinics and Funeral Home Assets.
