Matthew has over 21 years’ experience as a valuer and has been employed by Opteon since 2021, as a Senior Property Valuer and Officer Manager. He has provided expert advice in this time across varying asset types and locations across New South Wales.
Matthew is appointed manager of Opteon Coffs Coast office, managing a team specialising in residential, rural lifestyle, medium residential development, expert witness/family law, pre-purchase advice, prestige residential, commercial, retail, industrial and agribusiness and many more. Matthew regularly provides reports to major lenders for first mortgage lending purposes, solicitors for family law purposes, and accountants for taxation purposes as well as advice reports for Government Clients.
