Industry Experience

Martyn has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of commercial and specialised real estate sectors. Prior to joining Opteon, Martyn was Director of Health & Child Care Centre valuations at one of Melbourne’s other independent valuation firms. Martyn continues to specialise in the valuations of child care centres (freehold investment, leasehold, and going concerns) medical centres, and real estate agency rent rolls.

Martyn is a registered panel valuer with most banking institutions and has long standing relationships with many private and institutional clients, and non-bank lenders.
