Industry Experience

Mark has undertaken all facets of valuation over his 25 years of practising within North Queensland. This has included federal and supreme court matters, mortgage security purposes, resumptions and acquisitions, statutory assessment objections, capital gains tax and feasibility analysis of major projects in the region. Property valuations have been undertaken throughout Cairns and hinterlands and the more remote locations of Thursday Island, Karumba and Normanton. Mark’s role has previously involved training of cadet valuers and undertaking a National board member role.
