Industry Experience

Mark has worked with Opteon for over five years. In that time, he has worked around the South Coast of NSW and North Island New Zealand, valuing residential, rural residential, agribusiness, industrial, commercial, plant and equipment, and rating and taxing property types. The variation in roles has provided Mark with a holistic grounding in the Australian and New Zealand property industry.

Over the past three years, Mark has refined his professional focus to residential, rural residential and agricultural property types, working around the Far South Coast of NSW and within the Monaro region of NSW.

Originally hailing from Kangaroo Island, South Australia, Mark is now in a new stage of life, and returning to his island home with his family in tow.
Mark brings with him a wealth of experience gained in the ever-changing East Coast market that will be utilised to bring value to Opteon’s clients within the Kangaroo Island and Fleurieu Peninsula region.
