Industry Experience
Mark has more than 25 years of property industry experience, including 19 years as a registered valuer. His experience includes valuations of both residential assets (including residential development projects and prestige dwellings) and a wide range of commercial assets throughout Townsville and the wider North Queensland area. He undertakes valuations for numerous lenders for mortgage security purposes. He also has extensive experience in undertaking valuations for Local, State and Federal Government clients and other major National clients such as Defence Housing Australia and Australia Post.
