Industry Experience
Leo has 9 years’ experience in the property industry. He began his property career at ANZ Bank in the Valuations Department. Leo’s tenure at ANZ Bank involved auditing of valuations for compliance and servicing valuation requests nationally. Leo joined Opteon in 2015 training in both residential and commercial valuations. In more recent times, Leo has regularly completed commercial valuations (Industrial, Retail, Office and Development Sites) for various purposes such as pre-purchase advice, superannuation,
private and mortgage. Leo works throughout Melbourne’s Western region, Northern Metro areas, South Eastern regions, and Melbourne CBD. Leo has also had vast experience in valuing specialised assets such as medical facilities, cold storage facilities and industrial development projects.
