Industry Experience

Kylie has over 28 years’ experience as a valuer and has been employed with Opteon for over 18 years. Her initial experience was in mortgage valuations of commercial, industrial, and residential properties for approximately 13 years. Since this period Kylie has worked in the Government sector of Rating and Taxing Valuations. Kylie is currently the Contract Manager of the Central West Contact Rating and Taxing Contract. Her prior roles included Senior Valuer with Goulburn Mulwaree contract and Valuer with Orange Contract District. Kylie has gained extensive experience in meeting deliverables and quality assurance associated with Government Contracts. Kylie has mentored and provided guidance for Assistant Valuers, as well as gained experience as the Operations Manager in Goulburn Contract area.
