Industry Experience

Kellie has over 15 years’ experience in providing property valuations in the ACT and surrounding areas of NSW. Prior to Opteon, Kellie owned Regional Valuers and managed industrial, rural, and rural/residential valuations in Yass and surrounding regions of Hall, Murrumbateman, Gunning, Sutton, and Boorowa.
As a Senior Valuer at Opteon, Kellie has played an integral role in expanding Opteon’s advisory and valuation services in Yass and the surrounding areas in addition to maintaining a strong focus on residential and rural residential valuations.

  • Certified Practising Valuer
  • Member of the Australian Property Institute (23rd February 2000)
  • Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (21st May 2003)
  • Graduate Diploma in Business, Stock and Station Agent, Real Estate Management (University of Western Sydney 2000)
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Property and Economics (University of Western Sydney, 2000)
