Industry Experience
In 2008, Karlie became a Certified Property Valuer in Western Australia and joined Opteon in the residential division in 2012. In line with Karlie’s previous commercial experience working in both the advisory/valuation and property development sectors of the market, Karlie joined the Commercial Division in 2014 and continued to complete all types of commercial valuations, specialising in development valuations (both land subdivisions and built form). In 2015, Karlie became a Senior Valuer within the Commercial Division and in 2022, was appointed Director- Residential Development.
