Industry Experience

Julian is a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute and Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and has been working with Opteon for four years encompassing a breadth of knowledge across a number of different departments. Julian is currently part of the commercial team in Western Australia, conducting valuations and providing advice primarily on industrial, office and retail assets for a range of purposes within the Perth Metropolitan Area. Julian also travels regionally within the state, completing residential and commercial valuations in the Pilbara, Mid-West and Gascoyne regions.
