Industry Experience

Glenn has 20 years’ industry experience and is employed as a valuer by Opteon as Director – Specialised & Advisory within the Commercial Department. He has previously held Valuation and Advisory Director roles in leading international and local commercial real estate agencies. Glenn has expertise in the valuation of commercial, industrial and retail property. He provides advice to major lending institutions, corporate and private clients for mortgage, financial reporting, acquisition, disposal and consulting purposes. Glenn has considerable experience in Rental Valuations and Determinations. Glenn joined Opteon in 2013.
