Fraser has been working with Opteon for 3 years across various departments providing a broad and in-depth knowledge of the entire valuation process. He works within the commercial and rural property spaces, providing a large volume of valuations. Covering all parts of the Central Tablelands and Western New South Wales Regions. In addition, Fraser provides residential and private valuations for a number of purposes including pre-sale, rental assessments and financial reporting amongst others.
