Darrelle commenced her Valuation Career in 2003, working in the Newcastle/Central Coast and Hunter Valley area. Prior to joining Opteon in 2017, she had worked for several renowned local companies: Mark Skelton Valuers, and Property Valuations NSW (formally McMonigal Valuers). Darrelle is currently employed as Associate Director/Senior Valuer in the Newcastle Office. She is able to call from vast experience across varied property types when completing assignments. Having primarily focused on being a rural and residential property Valuer in the NSW Newcastle and Hunter Valley, she is an expert in her field. Darrelle specialises in residential mortgage valuations, rural lifestyle assessments, waterfront property, prestige property, and other rural and residential work comprising of family law assessments, strata assessment, stamp duty and capital gains assessments.
