Industry Experience
Bill has been involved with property for over 20 years, 12 of those with Opteon where he has been employed within our Government Services division. He has completed three bi-annual and two annual revaluations and has gained significant experience over Residential, Rural, Commercial and Industrial property types within Metropolitan, Regional and Rural municipalities.
Further to this, Bill was appointed Managing Valuer Government Services in 2018, a position which involves undertaking a range of tasks including revaluation project management, client and staff management as well as completing and mentoring others in the completion of all revaluation tasks. Recently, he has been promoted to Associate Director.
