Industry Experience

Belinda has been working with Opteon for over 14 years across a number of different departments providing a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process. Belinda specialises in commercial valuations across the north and north west regions of Tasmania, servicing a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, private clients, local government and not-for-profit organisations.
Belinda provides valuations and advice for a broad range of property types including offices, consulting rooms, retail and industrial type properties. Belinda is also a current member of the Tasmanian API Youth Property Professional committee promoting professional networking within the valuation industry and career pathways.
