Industry Experience
Artur has over 15 years of experience in the property industry with 10 years of practice in commercial valuations. Artur has been with Opteon since 2014 and worked within Officeworks property division prior to commencing with Opteon. Throughout his professional career, Artur has undertaken his own developments, putting the valuations theory into practice. During that time, Artur has developed strong underpinning principals within the property and finance services sectors, whilst also sharpening his analytical skills.
Artur has undertaken a variety of asset valuations with earlier reports focused on residential development and hospitality assets. In more recent times, Artur has repositioned himself to undertake mostly industrial/retail/office valuations in $0-15m range, whilst managing and growing client relationships.
