Industry Experience
Ryan commenced employment with Christie Whyte Moore, now Opteon (Western Australia), in September 2002. He assumed the role of Senior Valuer, Perth office in 2008. In
2014 Ryan became a Director and Equity Partner of Opteon Western Australia prior to the integration of the business.
Ryan’s experience includes the preparation of valuations and consultancy for a range of valuations including smaller development sites and a range of residential property types.
He maintains client relationships based on mutual ethics
and integrity. Ryan currently conducts residential valuations and specializes in prestige properties in addition to valuations in
