Industry Experience
Robert is an Associate Director within Opteon’s Specialised and Advisory division primarily focusing on hospitality, going concern and development site valuations. Robert holds a senior position within the organisation and has in excess of fifteen years valuation experience over a broad spectrum of commercial and residential properties. Robert was previously a director in Opteon’s Queensland division. He has a wealth of experience in both Victoria and Queensland.
Robert is currently responsible for valuation services in relation to going concern assets, hospitality assets, industrial and commercial development, agribusiness, prestige residential, rental assessment and determinations, specialist litigation matters, property settlement, resumption, compulsory acquisitions, family law, Federal and Supreme Court and specialist commercial properties. In addition, Robert has also gained experience in valuing real estate rent rolls.
