Industry Experience
Matt has been a valuer at Opteon since 2007 and in his prevailing role, predominantly provides valuations of commercial and residential development properties.
Matt has developed diverse knowledge and skills, being involved in providing property advice across a range of residential and commercial property classes. He provides advice to lenders, government and private industry for mortgage, compulsory acquisition, taxation and financial-reporting purposes. He has spent time specialising in residential subdivisional and development valuations and is experienced with Hypothetical Development Cash-Flow Analysis, Residual Land Value (Turner) model analysis and is a licensed user of Estate Master.
