Industry Experience
Leo began his property career at the ANZ Bank in the Valuations Department. Leo’s tenure at ANZ Bank involved auditing of valuations for compliance and servicing valuation requests nationally. Leo joined Opteon in 2014 training in both residential and commercial valuations. In more recent times, Leo has regularly completed commercial valuations (Industrial, Retail, Office and Development Sites) for various purposes such as pre-purchase advice, superannuation, private and mortgage. Leo works throughout Melbourne’s Western region, Northern Metro Areas, the inner Melbourne CBD areas as well as the CBD of Melbourne. Leo has had experience in valuing specialised assets such as medical facilities, cold storage facilities and residential development projects.
