Industry Experience
John has been working with Opteon for ten years across a number of different departments providing a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process. John is considered a residential property expert and provides a large number of valuations of residential property within Melbourne’s Western and Northern Metro Areas. John regularly provides reports to councils for specialised purposes, including for acquisition and disposal requirements, rental assessments and public open space assessments amongst others.
