You will work as part of the Opteon team assisting our clients and valuers with general administration, typing and clerical duties. This is a crucial role in the company to transcribe documents with precision and efficiency.
Your key areas of focus
Transcribing documents from audio tapes
Formatting/editing of confidential documents
Typing work flow management
Other clerical duties such as answering telephone, sorting and distributing mail, filing, scanning and any other administration tasks that may be required on hand
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve any issues
Proven work experience as a Typist/Word Processor
Demonstrated experience in a customer service focussed role
Technical knowledge of valuation documentation (preferred)
Intermediate computer skills within Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel and Outlook.
