The objective of this position is to establish an ongoing focus from your team on client relationships, superior customer service, cross selling, negotiating and increasing the team’s conversion sales rates.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be required to utilise your dynamic sales skills and professional leadership with an outlook of:
increasing quoting/sales conversion rates,
excellence in customer service,
customer satisfaction and
You will be expected to establish, review and monitor all pricing win/lose ratios, SLA’s and processes within the team. You will also use your expert analytical skills to interpret historical quoting data to identify where adjustments to processes, team upskilling and/or fees can be made.
The successful candidate will inhabit their professional customer engagement, excellence in people leading and dynamic sales skills. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader/Leadership role where they have a proven track record in leading successful sales teams, together with:
Strong Sales background and considerable sales experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent people management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
