About the Role
This role is responsible for providing practical, future-focused subject matter expertise to support the short- and long-term growth and success of Opteon. Your key focus will be the design and optimisation of attraction, selection and talent management initiatives. Success will be achieved by working with the Opteon senior leaders and the People & Culture Business Partners to establish, implement, and deliver the Talent & Acquisition priorities.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the core focus of this role is to lead all Opteon talent acquisition, including the following:
Develop an end to end talent acquisition strategy to support Opteon in the growth and transformation agenda
Manage all end to end recruitment and search providers including ownership of the budget
Optimise the implementation of Workday Recruitment module ensuring that it is correctly embed into the business
Contribute to the development and communication of the Opteon Talent Brand and EVP
Working alongside the relevant Business Unit Leaders and Chief People Officer, you will help to shape the future vision and strategic direction of Opteon's talent including identification of talent for any relevant programs
Develop and monitor all reporting analytics including time to fill, direct hire, cost per hire, diversity and return on investment
Provide advice, guidance and assistance to internal clients on recruitment and selection policies and procedures, HRIS support and legislative requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Accountability for onboarding of successful candidates
Significant experience from internal recruitment or generalist HR roles, experience with internal talent programs will be highly regarded
Previous experience working in role, where you had accountability for end to end recruitment, including at a senior management level
Previous experience managing a recruitment budget
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in particular you will have the ability to build relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or a relevant discipline will be highly regarded
