You will work as part of the collaborative quoting team by managing the end to end process of incoming requests. You will be expected to manage the process from preparing, issuing, negotiating and finalising the quote to the client in a timely manner. You will establish ongoing client relationships by providing superior customer service, cross selling, negotiating to increase Opteon's conversion sales rates. You will utilise your dynamic sales approach a daily basis to achieve personal, team and company goals.
Your key areas of focus
Actively working towards a minimum quote conversion rate per month.
Quoting call back program and where applicable negotiate and/or revise the quoted fee.
Increasing revenue growth of established clients and new clients.
Provide all clients with excellence in customer service and client experience.
Ensure accurate and relevant quotes are provided in a professional and timely manner based on the appropriate level of research.
Liaise effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Report thoroughly on agreed quoting activities on a regular basis.
Be proactive on any follow up/ suggestions/ recommendations to direct report on any trends and opportunities that may arise during the process.
You will have a professional and engaging manner with clients in addition to a self-motivated approach to cross selling. You will also have the ability to build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate a continuous improvement approach.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Professional Customer Service manner ensuring service standards and procedures are met to meet all client needs.
Confidence to make decisions autonomously within the specified parameters.
Proven analytical skills.
