About the Role
Reporting to our Associate Directors and based in our Launceston or Devonport office, this position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential and Commercial business throughout this region. On a day to day basis you will be involved in research and preparation of property sales and data, property inspections, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status or RPV
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
