This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure the short and long term growth and success of Opteon. This will be achieved by working with the Opteon leadership team to implement, and deliver the Learning & Development strategy.

About the Role
Working within the People & Culture team, this newly refined role will work closely with all facets of the business to enhance the employee learning and development experience. The role will collaborate primarily with Business Unit Managers and HRBPs to create a continuous learning environment that encourages professional and personal development through the use of multiple educational platforms to ensure the business can meet their overall objectives.
This will entail:
Providing advice and support in relation to learning and development needs on an individual and business unit and organisational level
Continually review and evolve training platforms and solutions in line with the business strategy and industry requirements
Implement and embed learning and development strategies, programs, systems and initiatives
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness and periodically report back to stakeholders.
Development of technical training in conjunction with the Technical Services team
Manage the facilitation of workshops including team development, service improvement, and leadership and coaching.
Learning Management System maintenance, content management, issuing courses and programs and monthly status reporting and other reporting when required
You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels is essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities, together with:
Qualifications within Human Resources Management, Organisational Management or related discipline
Significant experience in a Learning & Development role including experience providing sound learning and development advice and counsel.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a training strategy
Strong experience in the design and delivery of leadership and management programs.
Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying levels, in addition to the ability to influence to achieve desired outcomes
Strong facilitation skills with confidence in delivering training to all levels of management as required.
Experience in the property, valuations or financial services industry will be highly regarded
