This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure the short and long term growth and success of Opteon. This will be achieved by working with the Opteon leadership team to implement and deliver the Opteon Learning & Development strategy.

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, within the Opteon People, Culture and Transformation team, this role will work closely with all facets of the business to enhance the employee learning and development experience. The role will collaborate primarily with Business Unit Managers and People and Culture Business Partners to create a continuous learning environment that encourages professional and personal development. The successful candidate will utilise multiple educational platforms to ensure the business can meet their overall strategic objectives.
Providing advice and support in relation to learning and development needs on an individual, business unit and organisational level
Continually review and evolve training platforms and solutions in line with the business strategy and the Property industry requirements
Work closely with the Workday Project team to provide strategic advice regarding the implementation of Workday Learning, including development of training material for the Workday end to end solution
Develop and introduce an Opteon capability and career framework
Implement and embed learning and development strategies, programs, systems and initiatives, including leadership of the Opteon Emerging Leader Program
Work closely with the Chief People Officer to deliver an Executive and General Management leadership development solution
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness and provide relevant reporting on success
Manage the facilitation of workshops including sales, team development, service improvement, leadership and coaching
Learning Management System maintenance, content management, issuing courses and programs and monthly status reporting and other reporting when required
You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels is essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities, together with:
Qualifications within Human Resources Management, Organisational Management or related discipline
Significant experience in a Learning & Development role including experience providing sound learning and development advice and counsel
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a corporate training strategy
Strong experience in the design and delivery of leadership and management programs
Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying levels, in addition to the ability to influence to achieve desired outcomes
Strong facilitation skills with confidence in delivering training to all levels of management as required
Post graduate and other relevant qualifications will be highly regarded
Learning system implementation experience and in particular Workday experience will be highly regarded
