About the Role
Reporting to the People Operations & Strategy Manager, within the People & Culture team, this newly created role will work closely with the project teams to assist with requirements, analysis and development of tools, data, techniques and processes to effectively execute “Project Daylight”, Opteon's Human Capital Management (HCM) / Enterprise Resource Management (EPR) solution.
This will entail:
Providing advice and support in relation to Project Daylight – HCM/ERP Systems incorporating Finance, HR and Payroll, with a focus on the HR / People component
Working closely with the HR People & Culture, payroll and Daylight project teams for the implementation phases of products within Project Daylight
Assisting in the development, preparation and execution of test cases of the systems for Daylight
Providing input to test case development, execution and documentation
Assisting with the data migration activities for transition to the Daylight solution for any current and future integrated businesses
Assisting with the development of any integration tools, scripts, processes etc associated with the implementation of Daylight
Building of new HR process and workflows
Assist with developing end user training to support implementation, including the development of training material
Documentation and definition of business rules, including rules and policies related to employee benefits, leave, and compensation, will be part of this role
You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels is essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities, together with:
Strong knowledge and understanding of end to end HR business processes, tools and systems
Prior experience with HCM / ERP implementation, and in particular with Microsoft and Workday
Demonstrated prior experience in testing and supporting Enterprise and Human Capital systems
Demonstrated prior experience in maintaining, testing and supporting HR systems
Knowledge of business processes and workflows for enterprise systems
Sound knowledge of Group business practices and project management principles
