About the Role
The purpose of this position will be to represent the People & Culture function and support the delivery of “Project Daylight’, Opteon’s high priority systems project to integrate and support interface between HR, Finance and IT data management. On a full time, 12 month contract, this role will be required to:
Identify, configure and implement core P&C business processes within the chosen HRIS and ensure process design and gap analysis activities are recorded and addressed effectively.
In consultation with the Manager, HR Projects, design and prepare statistical data and dashboards to support the reporting requirements of the People & Culture team and wider business
Coordinate and provide a wide-range of operational support functions to the People & Culture Team
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in a mid-level HR function, with a strong understanding of HR operations within a Business Partner environment. You will also possess:
Extensive experience in the practical use of a fully integrated HRIS package (experience utilising a Tier 1 or 2 people system is essential).
System capability knowledge including current best-practice functionality for all (or a combination of) the following systemised processes: workforce planning, end-to-end recruitment, learning & development, Performance Management, HR & File management.
Project management/coordination experience (specific involvement with HRIS implementation projects will be highly regarded)
Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and stakeholder requirements
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving
