Reporting through to a knowledgeable and supportive HR Business Partner – NSW/QLD/NZ in Sydney, this role is an opportunity for you to work with the Trans-Tasman team to implement and manage key HR strategies in not only your region but across the wider Opteon business. Based in Takapuna this standalone role will see you proactively partner with business managers within the NZ region to coach, train and consult across a wide range of generalist tasks. From time to time travel will be required to our other national offices in Whangarei and Tauranga to allow you to build strong relationships. Your presence will make a huge difference, ensuring you feel valued and appreciated throughout the organisation.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with exceptional knowledge across employment legislation with an understanding of employment law. You will be someone who uses their initiative, attention to detail and customer service approach to deliver positive results across a varied range of generalist tasks.
