About the role
Deliver clear and demonstrable value to the Group through the execution of Customer Portfolio initiatives and business projects. This is achieved by working with the Chief Customer Officer and key internal and external stakeholders to; lift portfolio management capability across the business (skills, processes, artefacts, disciplines, systems, tools, etc.) and manage the portfolio of projects in line with Group strategy.
Develop and rollout a sustainable Delivery Framework for Products and Projects across the organization
Ensure all projects/initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
Build capability across the Portfolio to efficiently and effectively manage the pipeline
Work with IT to embed a continuous delivery approach that successfully delivers value quickly and efficiently
Ensure pipeline is based on resourcing and capability availability
Balanced approach to delivery ensuring changes across products/process and platforms are considered and prioritised
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by promoting a professional and positive image to clients
Partner with key business stakeholders to manage and deliver against expectations
Manage ongoing relationship with the business to drive satisfaction with IT and proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues
Manage and effectively govern the process for all projects and initiatives
Coordinate delivery through design reviews to validate proposed solutions
Incorporate customer value and user interface needs when designing solutions
Assesses risks at project and portfolio levels to effectively manage and prioritise competing business demands
You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels is essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities, together with:
