The Role This role will provide high level administrative support to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of our Executive Team. Balancing conflicting priorities, working proactively to handle matters and follow through to ensure deadlines are met. It will require flexibility in both time management and duties with competing priorities across the board. Duties will entail:
General administrative and executive support to some of the Executive Team
Expenses management, travel management, and diary management
Support to the executive team including scheduling, organising meeting resources including agendas and minutes.
Preparing correspondence, reports and papers and provide assistance in executive driven projects
Relevant experience will be underpinned by a resourceful approach and the use of initiative and intuition to organise diaries, schedules, and events and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
The Person The successful candidate will be degree qualified and able to show evidence of success in a similar EA role. We are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in an EA to Senior Executive position;
A confident communicator with a polished and professional approach;
High level proficiency in Microsoft office suite is essential;
Highly self-motivated and capable of managing their work load and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment supporting multiple Executives.
Experience in supporting Executives covering Customer, People and Culture and/or Marketing (preferred not essential)
