The Role You will be primarily responsible for providing outbound support to our Valuers and Clients:
Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to our external and internal customers,
Preparation of relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy of information,
Managing the allocation of valuation appointments amongst valuers,
Navigating through multiple of external and internal computer systems,
First point of contact for our valuers and customers to provide them with timely information and assistance,
