You will be primarily responsible for providing day to day administrative support to our valuers, working to ensure that all business priorities are met in a timely and professional manner. These positions are 3 month fixed term agreements and will entail:
Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to our external and internal customers
Preparation of relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy of information
Managing the allocation of valuation appointments amongst valuers
Navigating through multiple of external and internal computer systems
First point of contact for our valuers and customers to provide them with timely information and assistance
