The objective of this position is to establish ongoing client relationships, superior customer service, cross selling, negotiating and increasing our conversion sales rates.
Reporting to the Customer Relationship Team Leader, you will be required to utilise your professional customer engagement, excellence in customer service and dynamic sales skills daily. You will also be expected to:
Prepare and issue quotes to clients in a timely manner
conduct a quote follow-up calls with the ability to negotiate and/or revise the quoted fee,
working towards a minimum percentage quote conversion rate per month
review and monitor quote pricing points, win/lose ratios, SLA’s and processes.
The successful candidate will be a sales superstar utilising their dynamic sales skills and professional customer engagement daily. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre/administrative role where they have a proven track record of results, together with:
Strong Sales background over the telephone
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
