About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Management, this is a terrific opportunity for a Contract and Tender Administrator to take the next step in their career. The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate on behalf of the Head of Business Management and Chief Customer Officer the preparation and delivery of tender proposals. Responsibilities will include:
Facilitate the compilation and delivery of all client-facing tender deliverables,
Supervises the tenders process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out,
Monitor tender opportunities via websites, and advise managers as accordingly,
Assist with the drafting of communications related to tenders and compiling responses,
Following the tender process, develop a project plan including key milestones to ensure the on time delivery of the tender proposal,
Maintain the tender register always ensuring opportunities are well documented and enable reporting needs
Review and manage incoming contract renewals
Review and identify key criteria and information required for Contract renewals
Following the process, develop a project plan including key milestones to ensure the on time delivery of Contract renewel
Assist in the coordination of quotes and fee proposals as part of the Contract renewel process

Reporting monthly Head of Business Management on Tender and Contract Renewals pipeline, opportunities and progress
The ideal candidate will have previous Tender/Contract Administration experience along with:
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with relevant internal and external stakeholders and to produce high quality materials,
Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills,
Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail,
Self-motivated and outgoing, with the initiative and ability to achieve results independently and as part of a team,
Demonstrated conceptual and problem solving and decision making skills,
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively to a range of organisational levels,
Displays a high degree of professionalism with a strong customer service ethic,
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, and
Sound knowledge of whole of company business practices.
