This role is part of the compliance team which is responsible for responding to queries and completing routine audits in a prompt and accurate manner in order to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Liaising with customers and valuers in a timely and professional manner to gain full understanding of issues.
Ensuring that the post valuation query process is followed and that all queries are captured within our internal Valuation Management System and actioned within SLA.
Ensuring audit recording systems are maintained to a professional standard in order to satisfy customer SLAs.
Ensuring all customer contact is positive and effective to maintain strong relationships
Assisting with data collation for training or system improvements.
Ensuring enquiries received are logged and sent to the valuer
A customer focus with the ability to develop strong customer relationships
The ability to think outside the square and use initiative
A professional and positive manner towards internal and external customers
High attention to detail and adhere to standards and company policy
Working knowledge of Microsoft office
The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
