About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external client base and assist in the delivery of key business outcomes. Reporting to the Performance & Client Support Manager, this role is based out of our Geelong office close to the station.
Assist to co-ordinate new client onboarding and delivery across multiple departments
Administer and support the Account planning and Contract compliance processes
Managing the client relations inbox's and monitoring workflows for assigned clients
Identify and report on key customer success factors for operational excellence
Attending team meetings to provide feedback and training on customer requirements and issues
Building strong relationships and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations
Work with managers to provide constructive and regular feedback, ensuring all customer issues (performance or otherwise) are addressed
Identifying and communicating opportunities to better service our customers
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Business Management/Administration
2+ years working in a customer service environment with understanding of key business drivers in a service operation
Displays a high degree of professionalism with a strong customer service ethic
Experience in a similar customer service-based role
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills
Demonstrated conceptual and problem solving and decision-making skills
